Who?

I've been a casual blogger for years. Now I only do so when I have something on my mind a free moment. Everything is always prone to inherent biases of the writer.  Here is a quick rundown of my history that informs my POV:

I am an atheist, transhumanist, humanist, nihilist, utilitarian, primal voracious sensualist, iconoclast, gadfly, hyper-functional autistic, eternal optimist, happy go lucky, nerd, barbarian, gadfly with over two decades in professional psych, working as a pharmacology research scientist,  magazine feature writer, neuropsych research fellow, director of nursing, director of risk, reality TV star, radio DJ,  adult film star, swinger, Vulcan.

I'm a self-professed news junkie who ravenously consumes articles to stay on top of current events and topics. 

I'm entirely interested in philosophy and ethics and love to apply them to current issues.

I'm a huge proponent of science, believing that that which can be best supported, proven, and defended is that which is most likely true until something with stronger evidence comes along.

I'm a fan of schnauzers, comic books, and costuming.
